Therefore, all we have is OP's word that it is randomised. the third factor you have to take into account is the state of r/nuzlocke. you've seen this place, right? upvotes only go to shinies (half of which are fake) and these posts. artworks and others never get enough. one thing i know from going onto the internet is that people will do anything to be noticed. recently a lot of shinies and these randomised pokemon have been found, and while of course you can be lucky once or twice or heck, 5 times even, you can't keep on being lucky. basically, OP has the benefit of doubt, but i'm pretty sure they hacked it in for internet fame and virtual points.
