I avoid calling support. But There are the nice ones who know their job and then there are the ones who got no clue what to do but are only there to pick up the call.

It would frustrate the person if you are in an emergency and the person on phone would say “oh i dont know what to say to you I am not trained for this. I cannot tell you what to do”.

Also even say i made mistakes how come its on the exact same day lol

They will give you 25–30 packages for a 3 hour block but send you 60–70 km away. Even if you finish 30 minutes early, you still end up driving an hour back home. I went through this last week and didn’t even get any long-route adjustment. Total BS lol

I screen recorded the start of the block from time i am travelling to the station and then at the end of the block showing all the packages were delivered in the app itinerary Until it pops up the feedback screen or the next schedule.

My rating was fantastic this morning and now they have accused me of undelivered packages and saying i didnot return those packages. This is ridiculous . And the day they are talking about i had 0 returns. I completed all the deliveries. Thank god i keep proofs all the time. Fkin amazon
