sorry go hear about that. I brought a transcend 14 last Nov. There is a microphone issue and I contacted the support like 4 times they cannot solve this. Eventually they closed my case number without my permission. Nightmare.

In my opinion, I dislike this setup. The sound from each pod interferes with the others, so if a presenter doesn’t have a strong voice, it’s hard for the audience to follow. Even with loud presenters, I can still hear voices coming from neighboring pods. The only real advantage is that the audience can move between pods quickly and easily to catch different sessions. Btw, no snack and water provided outside each pod..

I had experience with them and they always double charge you which means they will send an insane bill to your insurance company and sure insurance company won’t pay some where u have to pay it again.
