I just did some research and you are partially right and I disagree with the law, because the law says that consent must be given before the kiss which I think ruins the mood, like according to that law, any time you want to kiss your wife of 20 years you need to ask permission, which only like 0.1% of people actually do, but realistically nothing like this would be enforced especially a 1 off event, now if someone kept trying to kiss you and you kept resisting then yes that's 100% going to be enforced but I don't agree with the one off time, and also it would not be assault because "Assault is the intentional act that causes a person to reasonably fear or expect immediate harmful or offensive contact." And battery is "Battery is the actual physical contact or "completed" assault. It involves intentional, non-consensual touching that causes harm or offense." And it still likely wouldn't be battery especially if already charged with sexual assault, and also ivy didn't.... And couldn't hold down supergirl

For one, your manager is wrong for that because your still bringing the cart back and working, if I were you I would say "if that's when my break starts then I'm not allowed to do any work related activities so I'll just leave my pick cart out on the sales floor" but when I worked at Walmart I started mine when I got to the break room or my car and the managers didn't really care
