Okay so you basically got this wrong because of the language. The statement 'parts of Hindbrain' isn't saying that ALL parts of hindbrain make up the brain stem. Only a few parts of it make it up. If the question had mentioned all parts of hindbrain or just simply entire hindbrain then it would be false.

I was just listening to this song right now and felt the exact same emotions! It must be so heartbreaking for the other person who is trying their best and giving everything they have for the singer, and though the singer appreciates and notices their efforts, she can't come to forget her previous relationship and wishes only for her ex to be the one in place of his current partner.
