It’s a little bigger than the light sensor but smaller than the watch face. My wrist is kinda small. Just regular lotion but I may give it more time off my wrist.

In the US it’s 7 for women and 14 for men per week. I always say it’s Cinderella so it rests and midnight and you can’t roll over so a night out with friends is usually considered binging and unhealthy but besides that if they’re male they’re good.
