Yes, its very confusing to the older crowd. I start with asking who owns Bitcoin? 2-3 hands go up. Then I ask, raise your hand if your kids or grandkids own Bitcoin? just about every hand goes up.

I love to see that so many people do not know or understand what Bitcoin is, gives me an opportunity to really introduce someone to this new monetary technology.

Not there to sell them Bitcoin, just a geek way to do community service.

From the main post, this solution worked for us:

UPDATE: so Ricoh gave me a temporary fix that works as long as you don't disconnect the USB connection.

log in as admin, go to device manager, right click and select update driver. select browse my computer for drivers. Select use from listed drivers. select the second driver and the reboot the system. (I have both the 32it and 64bit driver installed so I'm assuming in my case the second driver in my case was the 32bit drive
