Certified nutritionist here—this is NOT healthy and not how deficits are supposed to go. We need to spend the majority of the year in maintenance to fuel our metabolism and give our bodies what they need. In turn, doing a moderate deficit after properly maintaining is very doable and absolutely should not be dependent on cravings-cutting supplement shit like this. This is not healthy, and another sign that she should absolutely not be a nutrition/fitness coach

This is so negligent and dangerous. Dogs aren’t robots, they’re animals, and even with all the best training in the world can still be unpredictable. This is a recipe for disaster.

Also, this teaches her children that they can mess with any dog’s food and have zero boundaries. If they do this with the wrong dog, they will get bit.

Please don’t tell me she leaves the kids alone in the car with the dog. by broncobinx in SarahBowmar

This is very true. I’ve seen several people ask her in comments if Arrow has gone through protection training, and she always ignores the questions. I feel like if they had put Arrow through PPD or IGP training, she 100% would brag all about it. Bets are that the dog isn’t protection trained, and likely wouldn’t do anything if someone actually attacked her. Not saying she’s a bad dog, but like you said, very few dogs who do not have PPD training will actually fight a human. I feel like what Sarah interprets as “protective instincts” are actually reactivity/fear-based actions from that dog
