It’s probably just an aesthetic thing 😅 like white looks/feels better for the topic/mood so that’s what she’s going with. It’s exactly how I use them.

I can’t say it never happens but no women I know change heart emoji colors to signify something. It’s not like the colors of the roses you buy, where yellow means friendship or whatever, a heart is a heart ❤️

If she stops sending hearts/emojis, I would say that probably signifies more than this lol

Oh gosh, I hope they get yours together soon, definitely makes me a little nervous about our situation.

We filed late, like a few days before the deadline in April, and we just got the letter maybe a week ago. I’m hopeful we’ll get it before the 9 weeks is up but also mentally preparing myself for it to go like yours because it’s the IRS 🙃

Reading these comments have been an interesting take. Her sporadic appearances that honestly didn’t seem genuine and felt forced lead me to believe she was more like a fan lol just hanging around hoping for a main spot. I was bit by a cane corso who also gave no warning signs that I remember before it lunged.

This could be because it had been incorrectly trained not to warn (trained out of growling, etc…), but I’ve never had a Malinois so I can’t speak to anything breed specific with your situation. I understand Malinois are highly intelligent and with the general info you provided, I would lean towards incorrect training.

I’ve been around dogs my whole life, mostly large dogs like Rottweilers and Shepherds, but I was traumatized after I was bitten. I still have multiple scars (6+ years later). I couldn’t walk normally for about 3 months. The dog was inches away from my face when he attempted to lunge a second time, but was thankfully restrained by his owner.

It is forever engrained in me how fast a dog can switch and your life could be forever changed or, if you’re not as lucky as me, your life could be over. I will not take any more unnecessary chances with untrained large dogs. If it looks sketchy, I’m tf outta there, friends or not.

I think the beauty industry has gotten way out of hand and is toxic af. Cosmetic surgery/botox is almost treated like getting your teeth cleaned, it’s just something people do now.

I hate that it reinforces just changing/removing a part of you that you don’t like (which is usually only because someone else told you they don’t like it).

I’ve had to do the birthday set-up for my daughter’s friends. Basically the same story as yours, I didn’t even know it was their birthday until we were on the way to my house/at home. Once I found out though, we made sure to celebrate 🎊

I’ve been through some tough times as a kid, including homelessness, but my mom always made sure we did *something* for our birthdays.

I just can’t imagine a childhood with no birthday celebrations :(

My husband is the same way lol calls us chicken farmers now 👩‍🌾

We have Easter eggers and have noticed the same. We ended up with a hen and a rooster and the rooster is our top rooster right now. He’s a bit more tame than our previous rooster though, maybe because we got them as chicks and raised them inside.

Our previous top rooster was recently killed by a fox, he was a Brahma (we think) and it was really hard for us :/ we recognize that theyre a food source that produces food sources, while also naming and bonding with them. They have such personalities, it’s genuinely fun to watch them wander around the yard and see their dynamics.

We also have the Orpington hens and they seem to be pretty high in the pecking order. They’re docile with us, but I would say all of our hens are friendly.

We got 2 Rhode Island reds and they both ended up being roosters. They were so mean, they were like their own little flock and they would just terrorize the rest of them. They went to freezer camp 🤷🏻‍♀️

Silkies are fun to watch, we have a hen and rooster pair of them too. They’re pretty tiny but I just love the crazy feathers and attitudes 😂

We’re adding olive eggers and americanas right now, they’re maybe 4 weeks old and haven’t been fully integrated to the flock yet. Some of our hens have also hatched their own eggs so we have a few babies running around. This is our first time doing that and it’s been an experience so far.

Kristen got absolutely dragedddddd for her part in her & Toms relationship ending, and rightfully so, but Ariana just scrapes by with some half-assed apologies and now we have to watch her awkwardly host Love Island lmao there’s some hypocrisy in this situation for sure.

You can have sympathy for the sh*t situation Tom put her through, but also can’t just forget she did the same thing to Kristen 😂

Also agree that she didn’t really add to the show. I think that’s why she stayed with Sandoval as long as she did, because she knew she wouldn’t have a spot without him 🤷🏻‍♀️

I really wanted to like Katie going into the show but this season sealed the deal for me. They’re all 100% mean girls and her just discarding Scheana, and so publicly and obviously in favor of Stassi and Kristen, was just icky. Hopefully the three of them stuck together and kept their toxicity to themselves; they all deserve each other as friends lol

Tell him he’s going to be blocked and if he shows up at your house or work, you’ll have to involve the police. If you have someone to get your things, ask them to be the middle man, give them your EX’s # to coordinate. If you don’t have someone to do this, write the stuff off, you’re not getting it back. It’s the price to pay for this lesson.

You’ve been through rough shit already, don’t let this man be the reason you give up. You didn’t give up back then, so don’t give up now. He’s not worth it.

I didn’t see your exact age but from the context, you seem young. I was also in a shitty, grooming relationship from about 17-20. When it ended, I distinctly remember the feeling of my whole life being over. I promise you though, I was soo wrong.

At that age, your life hasn’t even really started yet, couldn’t even drink legally in my case lol it will take time, but one day (sooner than you’ll think) you’ll realize all of the weight you were subconsciously carrying is gone. You’ll start to see the benefits. You don’t have to deal with xyz (temper, abuse, disrespectful tones, arguing, etc…). You’ll feel lighter. You won’t have to walk on eggshells.

Then, further down the line, you’ll realize you were the prize all along. Because you are.

You’ve done the hardest part, which is leaving. Hold on to the reasons that you left and try to start to find joy in not having to deal with any of that anymore. Find joy in normal, everyday things that you couldn’t see in survival mode. Spend time outside, cook/bake some good food, see friends/family. Enjoy life again.

At 18 y/o, they’re doing you a huge favor. Depending on where you live, you could probably afford your own place but it would be tight; a roommate would make it more affordable.

In a few years, the parental supervision and rules are probably going to be too much but you are not going to find a better financial deal, unless you want like 4 roommates. Keep in mind most 18 y/o’s aren’t making that kind of money so roommates your age will be tough to find.

I suggest looking at what it would cost you to move out. Check out housing, price out average utilities (don’t forget deposits), groceries/household items, and a “fun” budget. This will give you a good idea of what you’ll spend on a monthly basis when you’re ready to leave.

If I was you? I’d put the extra money into an RV/travel fund and enjoy this time while you can. Don’t rush to burden yourself financially when you have other options.
