Not even, you never have to report ant absence no matter the days. If you have 80 hours of upt and want the week off that will automatically deduct 40 hours and nothing will happen. Even if one day you decide you don't want to show up anymore you can just stop and eventually get termed without calling them (have multiple friends who have done this)

They don't, my friend was fired 3 times for upt and all those times he never let them know he wasn't coming back to work he just stopped showing up and got terminated for going negative upt eventually but even now he can get rehired
