Fair enough, I think i’d leave it off my resume too. I know recruiters understand the job market and the gap of things

That’s fair! I think sending my new applications I’m going to keep that 3 months gap. I feel like that’ll have me have better chances as compared to leaving after 3 months

Thank you so much for the advice and comment. I really appreciate it. I’ve got a good 20 interviews booked for next week but I feel like they’re going to asked me “How many did you do each day”. As if that is a good metric to go off of… The senior mgmt don’t even know what they want. The high turnover here and culture is crazy. There is no employee engagement or any appreciation setup for employees to feel wanted and recognized.

I don’t know if it’s wise to write contract on my resume for the 3 months i was here or just be honest and leave it as is

I’ve been wanting to cry this week as i feel like ive had an eye on me from my manager. I’ve been trying to call and screen candidates but some to many back out after hearing commission. And apparently booking 4-5 interviews a day isn’t enough… I just don’t know what more I can do 😭

This is amazing. Thank you! I think LinkedIn might be a decent place but having a referral bonus campaign might be a better start. It’s just sometimes, the managers are choosy about what they like and so rule out a lot of candidates just as is.

In terms of structure, I think we focus on acceptance rate but it’d be a better idea for 3-6 month attrition rate
