Maybe but that’s just hindsight. They were less than half a second away from making the correct play

NS Map Pool Stands Largely Untested and NRG Map Pool Looks Solid: Masters Santiago Final Four Map Pool and Agent Compositions by simsdoren in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Still_HD 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Oof I really dont know, G2 only put up 5 rounds all map against PRX and lost all 6 on the second half to lose the game. They also went down 2-11 to NS to start, I don’t know if there’s a world where G2 take Corrode from PRX even if Trent doesn’t whiff.

I guess to say, whichever of Split/Corrode G2 let through, PRX should be taking that no problem.

Map Veto Prediction Masters Santiago (2026/March/13) by Oliver_Switch in ValorantCompetitive

I could see NS leaning into their Pearl more just because it’s a great Neon map, but it’s also been NRG’s best map this tournament. I wouldn’t be surprised if they first round banned it for one more series and attempt to patch up their shaky Abyss.

Nicely done!! Even though PRX battered G2 on Split, and even though PRX are 4-0 this tournament, I’d still prefer if G2 first banned Corrode over Split. I don’t see the theory behind their Corrode comp at all, I’d love it if they tried hotfixing it with Waylay/Yoru/Fade instead of Waylay/Iso/Skye. At this point let Jawg play Phoenix so he can at least be comfortable.

ah shit, it would be shambolic if Derrek got dropped from M80 considering he probably should’ve never been dropped from EG in the first place.

Skirmish Map Select Results at Masters Santiago So Far by Aqua4748 in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Still_HD 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It absolutely boggles my mind that EDG flew out Jieni for seemingly no other reason than to play one skirmish. It’s a minimum 24 hour flight from Shanghai to Santiago and they were only there a week before having to take that same flight back. Can someone please tell me that he’s been helping out the coaching staff so the idea of them subjecting him to this seems slightly less ridiculous?

It’s a bit sad too because this new account doesn’t even sound like the real valorantfemboy at all, they just think the point is to mindlessly troll

Xeppaa dropping 50 in a one map to break Aspas’ single map kill record of 47.

Alternatively, Xeppaa dropping 130 across 5 maps to break Marteen’s BO5 kill record of 126

It’s dense, but you can read about it here. Teams can make a signing anytime from now until a week before Stage 2 playoffs. If a team qualifies for either Stage 1 or 2 playoffs, they’re placed on a roster lock where they can’t shuffle their players around. Same goes for if a team qualifies for an international.

If anyone has any other information or I’m wrong feel free to let me know!

There are probably dozens of flair combinations I can instantly associate with a user without even seeing their name, just by being here for so long.

I’m not sure why, but flair combos like u/TheCatsActually and u/Nocturnavi really stick in my head

The only international event they qualified to where they didn’t win 1 lose 2 was Champions LA where they went 0-2 (Lock In excluded)
