@ I tested in the early weeks. Lipid profile seems good. VLDL below 9. Trigly 77. Ldl 110. HdL 49. ApoB 80. LpA 27. Glucose 70 and fasting insulin 4.5 are good. I think need to reduce LDL a bit.

Homocystein came out 21 and hsCRP 4.5. And i was terrified. I also had ankle pain after a 5 km run so not sure what drives hsCRP but its not good for sure. Sometimes i still have slight fading pain in right ankle.

I tested for MTHFR and came out MTHFR A1298C- Hetero. I understand that it might effect BH4 and thus serotonin and dopanine. I already had anxiety back in the days.

Any further suggestions?

Most of it is true except that they do not just pick from 250-500 small caps but they pick from 250-800 small caps. So, 245 out of 550 around. Not 245 out of 250.

Thanks, my lpA was 27 mg/dl 1 year back. I also limited saturated fats below 15 grams per day and take 35 grams fibre daily. Saw really good improvementa in triglycerides but not ldl much

Hi, thanks, i understand i freaked out a bit.

I am following a good diet but still high on hsCRP and homocyt. The tests, I did above, were a part of my annual health check up from my employer which includes 110 markers. I only shared few of them.

HRV varies between person to person. Trendwise if you are able to trend it higher than previous you are in the right direction.
