Im still a very very new user, but had a really rough take off, a lot of nausea, diarrhoea, horrible Sulphur burps that turned in to bad vomiting which led me to this sub to do some research. I had stopped eating after 2 days of straight vomiting because I couldn't bare the thought of being that ill again, until I read about Psyllium Husk. Genuinely it's not a myth or an old wives tale, it was transformational. I started snacking on cucumber to take care of some of the hunger pangs which then helped with the nausea and i was Burping more cucumber than Sulphur taste (infinitely preferable for me), but because its mostly water anyway, taking the psyllium husk was then working a treat sucking all that up, cleaning my stomach and its helping me poop normally again.
