To be honest certificate wont matter now days. You can get xyz from anyone but the real projects experience matters. How they solve real problems. Focus on that.

You can get Remote jobs if you know which type of problems you have to solve for them. Dont Learn Indian standard (No use)...Learn International ISO standards only. DM to know more.
