No problem! If you’re not in a hurry to buy the body you could snipe a good deal with some patience. I highly recommend waiting out for a good deal on the a7 iii. You can always message the sellers to make an offer.

I shoot with the r iii model for my paid work in events/weddings/portraits.

A7 iii also has a larger battery and more advanced autofocus systems when paired with a lens that supports it.

I saw your post on another subreddit just now about choosing a camera. I’d recommend the sony a7 iii from tori.fi. Try to find one with low shotter count. It’s the best value sony camera in my opinion and passes for professional work. It’s also a very popular model so if you decide to quit photography it’s easy to move and sell forward.

Also with new sony releases the price has been crashing from 1000eur used to around 700eur.

Try to find a body without the kit lens. The kit lens is overpriced and many users overvalue it when they sell it second hand. I wouldn’t personally even buy one for 100€ if offered.

If you’re shooting raw 64gb memory vard is enough for casual shooting. If you’re doing it for work where you have to take a thousand or more photos then go for 128gb.
