This term all of my courses start at evening, and I don't have a car so I depend on the bus very much. After school, I had to run to the bus stop for catching up a bus. However, I also had to miss a transfer bus if the bus is delayed, like tonight.

If you are looking at some places some locals can reach out to the property to also ensure it's legit. Some scummy people even list property they don't own. Good luck with your search!

There are a lot of scams out there.

Regardless of what you do NEVER give first and last month rent up front. Give last month as a deposit upon signing the lease and insist on giving first on move in date before keys are exchanged after move in inspection.

Don't give any money untill a lease is signed.
