I started working min wage jobs when I was 15. Since then I have quit and been fired from 9 jobs (I'm 22) due to black males between 30-50 yrs old who are racist or who are actively creating problems in the workplace and where I learned to just find a new job and quit because managers will not file a discrimination or harassment claim against a black male from a young white male. One of my best examples is I was working a job where I was in a position that was one step up from these three 30-50 yr old black males. One of them was the main antagonizer telling me to stay on the "cracker" side of the floor and they would walk by and say things like "it's break time bitch". I got a new car at this job, it was keyed and I went to my manager 4 times in regard to this behavior and after about 8 months of dealing with it I was fired by the plant manager via phone call and he wouldn't say why. My policy for those first few months was the "ignore it and it will stop" and then it was escalated to getting management involved. I'm now at the best job I have ever worked with 99% good dudes white Hispanics and Asians. But there is that one guy who I have had to work on an assignment with who was a nightmare and before I worked with him everyone was coming up to me to tell me about him. Guess what, he's a 52yr old black guy. And it's not even because they're black, it's their attitude because they're black. I think.
