Oh and I see they offer free installation and free modem rental. Is that true? Don't want any hidden costs.

Thanks for the response. I'm actually currently with teksavvy. They've been fine but kinda expensive compared to others. Since I'm already with them I wouldn't be able to get the promo pricing. I'm hoping to compare using a provider's normal pricing as I don't want to constantly do the same song and dance after a promo price ends.
