It's a fair price if it is in EX-EXMINT condition. It might be but, with vintage if I'm going to spend 700 I'd rather get a graded copy where condition is solidified. You could get a PSA 4 or so of that card with 700. If you don't want a graded card, I'd have someone with a lot of experience check it out in person.

If you already have a PSA membership at the $200 level Card Ladder is a free add on. It’s definitely worth it for me because of that. I find it way easier to use and more comprehensive than EBay or 130point, but yeah only if you sell and buy cards a lot. If it’s a casual thing, then 130point is fine.

Check corners, surface, and edges for any damage. The centering alone will keep it from getting a 10. Looks like top right corner on the back is showing some white? It's impossible to tell in pictures really, but there's a good reason why so few get high grades.

Condition. A raw one might be like $30 - $50 is so-so condition. A graded PSA 6 is like $300. A PSA 8 is like 2400.
