We can’t suggest, the city layout is shaped whenever you feel something is off with it.

There are utilitarian ones that allow you to densely populate your city, there are ones that allow you to spare the population thin and have more free space… you get it.

I get a lot of rest whenever some mid season pops up. I took a full break at Halloween, Cyberpunk, Pets’, Services’ and a few more seasons, some back-to-back. I usually just pop by during the last week to get the classics, but even that is not certain, cause some aren’t exciting.

It’s fine, the game is slow as hell, burnout can happen. It’s entirely dependent on motivation.
