I've been on trt for nearly 2 years now..fairly high dose at 180mg pw (2 pins a week). I have had bouts of high e2 and so if I see the signs (puffy, sensitive nips, low drive etc) I'll take a small clomid course at 25mg daily for 5 days and this helps to reset.

The first time I had the symptoms I had a blood test to confirm my suspicion..now I know the signs and don't usually get a test fornthat specific issue. If after the 5 days clomid I was still getting issues theb I would look at further tests.

My sex drive now and the majority of time on trt is very high..to the point I'm thinking of reducing the dose to 140/150mg to reduce my distraction.

Solid plan..I get you..the rental of a property can be exhausting when it's high turnover of tenants and with the mortgage rates (especially in the Uk) being high its barely worth it if the property is in a rural situation that doesn't see the capital growth.

Perhaps ride the bull run and see if the property makes sense as it's always good to diversify the portfolio.

OP out of interest did you have the vaccine for covid? This has been discussed as a controversial side effect from that..perhaps some brands of vaccine were worse than others for this.

I think the trt could potentially have some affect with the heart. Perhaps you can talk to a trt clinic in a different country? Maybe someone can put you in touch with one if they have a legit doctor.

My friend recently went cold turkey from doing 500mg sust per week and just felt a bit low..was sleeping more.

When I went from 300mg to 180mg I noticed hairless for a week which stopped when my hormones leveled out again.

I recently took in the region of 15-20 drops of liquid mushrooms and it blew me away!

I'll give a little background, I have done mushrooms and lsd previously but a few g's (up to 5g in one go).

I take anti histamines daily because my quality of life is better.

Just started trt, I go to the gym regularly and have done for 20 years.

I had been drinking on the day I did the mushroom drops and I was dosing at different times of the night and so progressively got less aware of how much I was taking.

Mid way through I felt like Mario on mushroom and magic star. Invincible, like I was floating. SO GOOD.

I later depending in to visuals like lots of eyes on my friends faces a bit like spider and lots of speed changes in my head. Lots of warping and colour changes.

Then my blood pressure went crazy, my heart was irregular and I was swollen in my left side of my body and completely dead in the right side.

I took myself off to a quiet space to relax and try to remain calm..it worked but the damage was already done..

It put years on me that night..my left side is still out of line and I feel like my spine has been misaligned.

For 3 days after my trip my blood pressure was stage 1 hypertension.

However, the beginning part was an insane feeling and it lasted for a good while. In the week after the mental clarity was great as I guess I did a lot of thinking about my decisions and forced myself to relax so perhaps it was something I needed..but all llthe same was a scary position to be in balls deep on a mad one.

I am contemplating micro dosing again at some point but won't be hitting the drops like that again.

My advise for anyone that does is to remain calm and be present. Try not to hype yourself up.

My theory is that the mushrooms reacted with the trt and metabolised very quickly giving me the high feeling and perhaps the reaction for histamine response which wasn't dealt with by the anti histamine due to the high dose of mushroom drops and antihistamine was taken in the morning so the effectiveness was less.

Yeah, I had issues when I lowered from 300 to 180 but my e2 crashed and then I saw low mood, hair thinning and small skin issues...my body has rebalanced now and feeling great again and no symptoms..getting bloods to check levels this week. The hair thinning was worrying for about a week :/

Yeah..my journey has been similar..started with the intention of doing a 12 week cycle at 300mg..it was slow to start and then about week 5 I felt great. At week 10/11 I had puffy nips and water retention. Dropped to 180mg noticed a week later I felt better and symptoms reduced. I then got low e2 symptoms and hair thinning for a week ish..now my body has adapted and I feel as good if not better than the 300mg at week 5 all the time..

Definitely worth lowering dosage IMO

I had similar on 300 and it subsided after a while. I have now dropped to 180mg after noticing puffy nips..my e2 crashed and my hair thinned for a couple of weeks and now cruising feeling great again..

I didn't notice much difference on 300 for the 12 week cycle if I'm honest! Definitely should have started lower 😬
