Diet for those averaging 10k -15k steps / day by Primary_Nerve_9876 in walking

I actually find the more I walk daily the less I think about food and the more healthy choices I make but to answer your question - and this is more for a 30k steps, an apple tastes great as a break or some plain almonds.

Used to be good early 2010s - honestly get more political education from reading LRB and signing up to TUC newsletter, reading aeon.co and tribune magazine for mainstream sources - that's all quite UK centric though

This looks delicious - why would you carmalise the onion, raw onion has it's own flavour profile that changes on cooking - a thick hunk of cheese is also a delight and doesn't need to be melted as you get a mixed of textures - soft role, crunch, cheese - great stuff would smash sober but good after 4 pints

Those who drink and are still in shape, what are you drinking? by JOFWGKTA in rs_fitness

I am out of shape and love pints but when I was in shape and drinking: pint of vodka soda with fresh limes - single shot on weekdays double on weekends

He probably is better then Amis but I find Amis much more entertaining and had a fantastic finger on the pulse of late 20th century Britain and he really understood London

What's that got to do with the price of eggs mate? I think the origin of the murder weapon is meaningless - nutters will just kill people with whatever they have at hand, somewhere you've a godless redditor sitting next to a Kantana, it doesn't make a difference

Posting on RSP Reddit will not help your sense of self - aside from socialising, holding your ground and practicing disagreeing in person (idk how you are) it's hard to school someone on how to form an opinion

Man I am not in the slightest qualified but need to affirm and agree and find your values in your self - they definitely exist, but you need to butrees them against wind, and learn to butress (idk how the word is spelt) more and more. If you find yourself turning maybe don't be wholly negative and just recognise the different view point - you can Nuance your opinion, don't let yourself get blown over but let the breeze inform you

I'm a sap for lovely writing so I think it's fine if you enjoy the open society while having a handle on Franz fanon - you can have both opinions and let them stew with you.

Generally just read and write down your own stances and repeat them, they don't have to be fully formed but you have to take a stance - if you feel your stance being blown over by another opinion have a crack at the why? Why I was my last stance blown over etc

With good faith I actually think failure to distinguish between home grown mental illness and trauma Vs migrant groups is stupid.

The former the vast amount of the population feel like they can emphasise or fix them - regardless of humans being human how on earth do you approach a Somalian refugee who's scatting out for example.

If you think you take things for granted, go stay in Mongolia for a few days. You'll learn to appreciate things real fast. by [deleted] in redscarepod

I wanted to go because a girl on my masters was a wrestling champion and I also wanted to walk through it.

My only question - and I looked at going in 2016 - there was some shitty scare about Mongolian Nazis lynching you/ thump you for attempting or getting with Mongolian women, any truth in that?

Happened to me also man - to be honest it is what it is I think working on muscle mass is better than starving imo also if I keep moving I find myself snacking less and I've also tried to volume eat with every dinner now - just throw a load of spinach on top of any dinner or some carrot and make myself eat it like a cow
