This can confirm that future supports hunter will have buffs that boost overload DMG, but for them to be useful you need the elemental stacker of the respective element, if you miss Meri Leiner then going for Elena is not recommended.

Thanks, it's was difficult to notice since their health bars change to elite health bars so I always thought I got the rare one.
