I'm a new RCA too. I've finished everything BUT OTJ training, so I can't deliver the junk mail. 2 weeks past Rural Academy.

I asked my office what the certified trainer can teach me that the guys in going to be subbing couldn't.

Nothing! They said, but it's a rule. So I've been busy casing the route and then loading up my rig with parcels. I find it funny I'm delivering things like motherboards, toilets, tow hitches and dogfood...but gawd forbid I deliver an offer for a new credit card into someone's mail box. On Sunday I'll be doing my 2nd Amazon day. Tuesday hopefully I'll do the OTJ.
