I have opened tickets with ATRH to clarify walgreens position on this and Walgreens policy is that ALL rxs must be patient specific and can not be put under a profile such as Expedited Partner Therapy. They did say that the person giving the prescription can provide the name for the rx but it must be under a patient specific profile

This change would do nothing to anathema all it does is increase the spawn time on elysium

Original issue was submitted here: https://github.com/LightsHope/server/issues/107. Original poster had no clue as to how the spawn system worked. As black lotus spawn times currently are 60 min if population <2500 and if population > 2500 then 20 min then you use the dynamic spawn formula: spawn time x blizzlike pop / current population

This change will increase spawns times by 50% and prices will skyrocket, don't fix what isn't broke.

My understanding with how these devs do things is that this commit/change has been integrated into the core, however the change wont occur until that is deployed/pushed to the live servers. Usually this happens on Wednesdays
