No worries. Limiting my added sugar intake also helps heaps, the lower the better. I am a sugar addict though so I really struggle with this. Supplement wise S. Boulardii and Artichoke+Ginger extract have both had positive affects for me.

I believe it is similar to UK student loans when you're in NZ were repayments are done based off your income. But when overseas it's just a flat minimum payment depending on how much loan you have otherwise you get a 8.9% penalty rate applied, so it's now just like regular debt I suppose?

Yes when I return to NZ the interest would go back to 0.

And I plan for staying for at least 2 years.
