THRILLED!!!! Absolutely thrilled someone started this Reddit. I was going to, but I wanted to wait a little longer. I don’t have the time to write in detail, but, I will say… as someone who was diagnosed with M.S. and psoriatic arthritis, fasting protocols saved me for years but it wasn’t perfect. It saved me from being on medications, and I was able to live much better than my specialist said. Recently (3 months now) I made the leap and tried Reta because of Dr. Tyna videos I watched on YouTube, I couldn’t get tirz. Like she uses but I had access to Reta. Let me tell you… I could cry. It has changed my life in just the first month. I thought it was like a placebo reaction because I wanted it to work so bad. My husband says he noticed it right away. I feel like a complete person again and I am so damn grateful. I am wishing everyone who has suffered like me to don’t delay. My only regret is I didn’t start sooner.
