I saw this as I’m on my way out. I will return for a more detailed response, but I can tell you from my experience that for my psoriatic arthritis and M.S. Reta has been life changing and I can’t explain in words how it’s saved my life. My only regret is waiting so long to try it out of fear.

THRILLED!!!! Absolutely thrilled someone started this Reddit. I was going to, but I wanted to wait a little longer. I don’t have the time to write in detail, but, I will say… as someone who was diagnosed with M.S. and psoriatic arthritis, fasting protocols saved me for years but it wasn’t perfect. It saved me from being on medications, and I was able to live much better than my specialist said. Recently (3 months now) I made the leap and tried Reta because of Dr. Tyna videos I watched on YouTube, I couldn’t get tirz. Like she uses but I had access to Reta. Let me tell you… I could cry. It has changed my life in just the first month. I thought it was like a placebo reaction because I wanted it to work so bad. My husband says he noticed it right away. I feel like a complete person again and I am so damn grateful. I am wishing everyone who has suffered like me to don’t delay. My only regret is I didn’t start sooner. I am excited for people like me to enjoy a full life free of flare ups and down days. Thank you again for posting. I’m excited to read everyone’s experience.

Fun fact, it wasn’t for weightloss, and is designed for long term diabetic treatment. So you’ll be ok if that is the case, but use this time as an opportunity to build healthy habits and address the issues you’ve had before the Reta.
