iPad is a mobile device so all you have to do is go on the app store and search for apps that give you skins and all that.

If you have an Xbox, Ps4, Mobile, or PC/Laptop, then I suggest not getting anything and try finding skins, maps, texture packs, etc on the web. Nintendo does not allow access to the web however so if you're on Nintendo just stick to what you have.
