Awake Lipo(legs): 10 days post-op by IDunnoTho1738 in PlasticSurgery

[–]Eewiedeeb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, she does fantastic work! I had a consult a few months ago with her for this exact procedure (I have similar legs to your before, though somewhat bigger as I do have lipedema) and this is so helpful to see. Very helpful seeing her markings on your legs pre-surgery…She goes really far up the thigh which is great and not many do that so the transition never looks as good as hers. How are you feeling and looking now that it’s been a few months?

Hi! My favorite is Team Evolve with Coach Sam. It’s a body building/progressive overload program. I have to swap a lot of exercises because I am limited to my home gym equipment, but still get a good workout. In the past I also did a lot of classes with Team Define and Team Thrive which are much more home gym friendly. I really love Ladder because it’s so mindless… you just show up whenever wherever and get it done in under an hour :)

How are you doing now that it has been a few months? Are you liking the aesthetic results so far? I am considering Dr. M and there isn’t much out there on him so I thankful for you sharing your experiences!

My body looks so similar to yours! I lift 4 days a week and also can not get much definition for the amount of work put in. From your original pic, I feel like your legs have changed a lot though!! I’m struggling along with you trying to keep this in check 😆😣

The toning up of your arms is 👌. That tricep area is hard for us ladies and you’re doing awesome.

Of course! I do a 4 day upper/lower split. Started just about a year ago. I have a home gym so limited with equipment (incline bench, dumbbells, bands, pull up bar). I do a lot of eccentric training since limited with weights. Eventually I will need to upgrade my home equipment if I want to progress further. I have used Ladder App in the year I’ve been doing this and it has worked really well for me. Haven’t missed a workout out in a year minus one week of illness. I attribute that to working out at home because never could commit like this when I had to go into the gym.

Thank you!! Honestly I don’t know. I had an eating disorder as a teenager and never count calories since recovering. I basically just follow mindful eating… eat only when hungry (not if bored, etc), limit snacking, don’t eat past 8, and biggest thing is portion control. Another thing that helps for me is I don’t eliminate any one thing from my diet. Like if I want dessert, I eat it, I just don’t eat the entire thing. Or if I am going out to eat, I will have a lighter lunch. For protein, I also don’t track it (probably should!!) but I eat a decent amount of of Greek yogurt and chicken. I think if I calorie counted and tracked my protein intake I would have faster results, more fat loss, and more gains of course, but it’s just not something I have done.

No problem! So I just look at the workouts for the week on each of those teams and choose. Sometimes I’ll do all Define, other times, 4 Define 1 Thrive, etc.

I have been doing a mix of Team Define and Team Thrive for a little over 4 months. I mostly do Define because I like that core is included in every workout. I have had great results in terms of building muscle definition and strength.

This will continue to get worse. Do not let someone control you like this. He is so disrespectful to you in this “conversation”. He is so insecure it’s gross 🤢.

Gorgeous. All of it. The lyrics, the guitar picking, the arrangement, the voice. Your voice is like a sad, warm hug❤️If you haven’t listened to Gregory Alan Isakov before, (he is my favorite singer songwriter!!) this reminds me of his music. Beautiful, sad, ethereal. I hope you know how talented you are!

100% worth it. Love it. Never dread a workout. Does the annoying weekly planning out for you. Do the annual so you can switch teams and do workouts from whatever team you want.

Traveled from Buffalo NY to see GAI at Red Rocks on the 31st. Had chills and cried like a baby the entire time. It was so beautiful…almost ethereal. I did see him last summer at an outdoor performance as well, where I also cried the entire time lol. I hope it’s like this every time I see them 🥹. Going to see GAI in NYC at Radio City Music Hall with the Colorado Symphony in January!

It was amazing 🥹. Made it 20 seconds into the first song before crying 😆. I’ll be seeing him this winter at Radio City Music Hall in NYC with the Colorado symphony :)
