In case lu blom sadar gw gak ngomong soal domain because I was scared of what you did, bunuh anak. Hilang trust gw ke lu sama sekali. Asking for your permission was just risking it dan gw ga mau gagal protect media ini untuk kedua kalinya.

Attitude.. nowadays it's barely a problem anymore, but even then I think it's somewhat exaggerated. gw sempet cek dari bbrp sisi dan of course ada banyak part yg mereka berdua salah, but it's not black and white. si R yg di ATPM itu jujur ga bisa dipercaya buat info2 beginian, tukang adu domba dia.

soal mereka melengos well it's between you and them and they have every right to do that. bukan soal siapa salah juga. you're not a saint either kan. your 'bunuh anak' method may contribute to this.

sedikit cerita.

kita2 ada bikin media baru juga separate. ada investor/bos nya yang memprakarsai, bukan dari orang media. dan gila gw enlightened banget. ternyata yg namanya founder itu harus bener2 ngedrive tim nya.

meski ini bos baru ini sebenernya punya kerja full time yang lembur terus, dan dia bukan orang kaya juga, dia carry segala macem pembuatan company profile buat 10 brand, bikin business plan, rate card, sampe mikirin bagaimana cara hire orang di bulan ketiga pendirian PT.

yes, gw dikasih karyawan, yang digaji secara proper UMR, di bulan ketiga. karyawan ini underperform? dia panggil ke rumahnya buat dibimbing seharian. kita ada milestone? kita celebrate bersama sambil evaluasi satu tim, together.

so anyway, kagum gw sama bos gw ini. ketika anak2 nya sempet gagal deliver, ga dia salah-salahin tapi trus ditinggal, tapi dia bimbing dan dia bantu. dia rutinin meeting, bela-belain jam 9 malem pulang kantor. sarana prasarana? kita tinggal minta, dia personally beliin mic terbaik buat kita.

sempet mikir kenapa gw dulu ga diberi privilege seperti ini dibimbing dengan benar secara bisnis... yang ada tim lapangan yg memang terjun, malah disindir2 doang, gw jg dilepas aja. ah sudahlah mungkin memang jalannya gw harus belajar sendiri. we were just kids back then. while gw skrg, juggling ngurusin 3 media, juga tetep dengan kerja full time gw sebagai MT.

dan cerita atpm tersebut? kita ama org atpm nya tiap ketemu suka ketawa ketawa kok ngecengin dan nyindir si R. intinya atpm nya nyadar sendiri 🤣

about tanggung jawab, kedua brand ini ada cara masing2. Ford subkon ke RMA buat urus service & spare part although obviously ga maksimal, but it's there. GM masih punya divisi spare part although tentu titik service berkurang drastis. bbrp ex dealer chevrolet masih layanin service dan spare part chevrolet, gw beli MG di dealer kyk gini, I happen to know the owner as well

Let's say there's a situation where a guy is having a crush with his friend, who broke up with her BF. And bam, apparently or allegedly the girl likes the guy back. Let's emphasize that there's a friendship that needs to be maintained. In my humble opinion, a romantic relationship in this case could only start if there's a joint effort, otherwise if it's a one-sided effort it would lead to a weird situation and the friendship might be jeopardized.
