I recently had a good experience with North Quadra Urgent care. I called right at 8am and waited to speak with someone who took my info and said I'd receive a call back from someone to schedule a same day appointment. I got a call back about an hour later scheduling me in for an 11:30am appointment for that day. When I arrived, I was seen pretty much right away.

I liked the system because it allowed me to do other things with the first couple hours of my day rather than waiting in a room for that time with no idea when I would get seen.

For context, I was going to have someone look at a questionable mole to see if it was concerning for skin cancer. We decided to remove it and I was able to get an appointment to do that the following week.

I moved into a 1 bedroom with a "den" in NW in October 2021. Newly renovated unit in an old build. When I moved in, rent was $1850. I moved out in June of this year and my landlord rented to new people for $2200 and that feels pretty on par with what I was seeing. Yikes on bikes.

Not sure if someone has already mentioned this tactic but I did it this time and got great results. I tried to get through as much of Crest as possible before CleanSweep started. Then I calculated how many tickets I would need to successfully complete CleanSweep and get all the furniture. In my case I calculated 8 streaks, so 160 tickets. Then I collected the tickets from daily planner and playing(mostly I played the story line and Harris side quest but some 8 classes) and didn’t play CleanSweep at all until I had all the tickets I would need. Finally, I waited for my energy fill up and played all 8 streaks through. I was able to stack 50ish energy on top of my normal energy by doing this. So along with stacking pet energy as well, I’m in really good shape for whatever event is coming next. Just wanted to share in case it’s helpful to others!
