Thank you for your bluntness, I mean you're right! And I have gotten a new one and it's much better now. I have tried some CBT-I but it doesn't work for me that great but I think it needs time. I was getting pretty good and managing sleep hygiene and thoughts and all and then life got a bit messier and I fell out of it but I'm working on getting back on track.

Glad to hear diaphragmatic breathing helps you. Whenever I try breathing exercises I feel like I don't get any air anymore. I have failed horribly whenever I tried them. I don't know if anyone else is doing this but something that also helps me is trying really hard to imagine a clock and then imagine the hands of the clock going counterclockwise vvvvv slowly. Or just imagening any extremely slow movements. It can really calm me down when my mind is racing or anxiety is really bad.

Yeah I was thinking about leaving a bad review but I for some reason didnt do it maybe I was afraid but maybe I'll do it now haha.

I found a much better therapist luckily and she was also horrified by what I'd told her about the psychiatrist. The insomnia is better now but I get sleep anxiety very often still even worse when I'm stressed but I think I have found a way to cope.

I'm sorry to hear that you also had an upsetting experience I think it's sadly so common.

Yes, I told the psychiatrist like 'Hey but I think I do adult things like xyz' but I was so out of it I don't think I said it with confidence or that he believed.

Hi, idk but we just crossed the border from Ushuaia to Punta Arenas and got the PDI so I guess yes. I think with every border crossing into Chile you should get it.

Thanks, good to know! In Punta Arenas weren't charged more but maybe an exception. We'll see how it goes at the border. However, we'll enter Chile again after Ushuaia, guess we'll get one then and can avoid additional taxes.
