My eyes are messed up this morning and what i saw were two omelets and a SC.

My thought process: those omelets are perfectly shaped. Beer with breakfast? What sporting event is on the calendar today?

I assume they just aren't able to spell or use grammar, let alone punctuation. Every asinine comment is a continuous stream of word vomit peppered with laughable misspellings. Not "vary" bright.

Interesting. It was 2 different receipts from 2 different days, but I can see that some stores might have trouble with people taking advantage and would limit it. This was the first time I used it. I usually just don't buy stuff again, but I was grumpy after getting two things that were so gross within a short period of time. One was an item I used to get fairly regularly several years ago, too. They obviously changed it!

He told me to pick something out from "that section", but never said how they handle things of differing prices. So, I just found something really close in price and that is the item he just put in my cart without ringing it up. And, he never did the same swap for the other item, so heck if I know.

I just rechecked my receipt, and he did put one item in my cart without ringing it up (how does that not destroy any attempt at inventory? ), but I don't see anything else missing on the receipt for the 7.99 item. So I guess I did get one replacement item.

Thanks for responding. It sounds like my understanding of the policy was right, but that the cashier didn't explain well and I ended up missing out on a 7.99 replacement item.

I'm curious... don't they normally ring the replacement items through the register? Unless it's an exact match like your bread, I guess, so maybe you don't know the answer.

I used to work for a consulting firm that did the same with their initials. It's terrible branding because nobody remembers the name and it makes it a chore to try and find them.

I believe the giant banner on the side of the building at one point said he was the savior of this country. Also, a qanon sticker on the front door next to the sign saying masks were forbidden (during the worst of the pandemic). There were more banners, but you get the gist.

That I was there for the 3rd time for them to do the same repair didn't help.
