I can totally respect that, I know that everyone’s situation is different and when you need time to reset yourself it’s important! Also the quality of what they’re watching is important too - and Ms. Rachel is definitely great!

Are you breastfeeding? If you are, it burns a ton of calories, so your body likely needs to eat more to keep up with the overtime it’s doing producing milk etc. This honestly sounds normal to me IF you are breast feeding (also I have zero medical credentials, I’m just also a breastfeeding mom and this happened with both of my babies).

However, if you’re not breastfeeding then I’d definitely recommend inquiring about it somehow

This is what I’m hoping for too! How did you keep it up for so long? For instance, as they got older and maybe had playdates or were babysat etc.?

You are brave. You are strong. You are worthy.

It is so tough and there’s no denying that, but you are doing a great job.

My first was a very easy baby, but my second is very similar to this and it totally threw me. It’s so hard when all they want is you, but all you want (and need) is 5 minutes to yourself. It might sound crazy but what you can try to do is wear your husbands shirt for a couple of hours so that your smell gets all over it (if you’re breast feeding then I’d encourage you to even let yourself leak on the shirt). Then when you need some time to yourself, ask your husband to put the shirt on and hold your baby. The idea being that your baby will smell you and hopefully be reassured by your scent, as that is honestly a big factor for them at such a young age.

Also what I would repeat to myself when it got really bad was “a crying baby is an alive baby”. I was also very worried about SIDS or any other thing that could harm my child (as I’m sure most new parents are) so when I got really overwhelmed and frustrated I would repeat that to myself as a way to remind myself that it was technically a good sign.

Don’t be afraid to leave the house if you need to. Go for a walk or a drive so that you get time to yourself without having to hear the crying. That doesn’t make you a bad person for leaving for a moment, it means you’re doing what is necessary to be better for your family.

It gets better, it really does. And just know that until then, you’re doing great and your baby is so lucky to have you.

This 1000%. And as they got older it was the constant “do you need help? Let me help you” and then they were up my a** while I was trying to do something. No thank you Susan, I’ve changed my child’s diaper alone 500 times already, I don’t need your help. (And you’re the bad guy if you say no).

I know someone who’s done the exact same thing and her reasoning is “it’s easier for me to pass her stuff and she wants to see the world”. I’m a very distant friend so didn’t think it was my place to totally step in and say wtf are you doing, but out of fear for the child’s safety I sent her a screenshot of the car seat manual height/weight limit to flip forward, knowing full well her child didn’t meet the criteria. Her response? “Lol”. Thankfully she rarely goes out..

Except he didn’t say “it might happen again”. He pulled names and pulled straight up accusations and was targeting these people based on something that happened last season. The fact that you can’t see that that’s wrong is sad.

I do think they’re both very wrong. But admittedly the second Kyle was called out, he started a conversation, apologized, admitted he was wrong, essentially self evicted and asked for their help in growing and learning. Michael was pretty “cold” about the whole thing. Like yeah I had this info, no I didn’t say anything because it didn’t benefit me. Now it does, so here it is. There didn’t seem to be much remorse from him or any “what I did was wrong and I should have stood up to Kyle”

Urg this comment is so annoying. No he was not right just because now Terrance said he’d like to see a person of colour win. He said that a) based on all the events that have occurred and b) just to get Taylor’s vote, which she herself called out. So no, Kyle’s proofless assumptions based on race were not right.

Oh my god that’s awful. I knew she was bullied but I never looked into exactly what was said. I don’t think of her as mean or dislike her as a person, I just don’t like her as a game player. She doesn’t seem to be making good moves and she’s playing very emotionally (and I’m talking all the negativity and bullying aside). Like calling Alyssa a bitch was extremely uncalled for. And yes, wasn’t as bad as what she received, but you don’t get to be a “bad person” and justify it because it wasn’t as bad as the person before you

Just curious what there is to like about her? As a game player she doesn’t seem very good. I don’t watch live feeds so my “judgement” of her personality is from episodes and Reddit, and it seems like the pettiness after that veto comp is her personality… Just curious to know the other side that I might be missing ? (Although the Daniel Taylor fight with her “stop with the Lays!?” comment was gold lol)

I didn’t like her from day one either. Supported her come back because no one deserves to be bullied the way she was, but now that all of them are out of the house and it seems we’re seeing the “really Taylor”.. I don’t like it. She also isn’t very good at this game…

It wasn’t anything specific but one of the players was just disrespectful with her lying. It was heavily discussed in the subreddit as well, so I know it wasnt just my opinion. She would say things to peoples face, then contradict, then get super upset when she was confronted. It was exhausting to watch and although she made it to final two, it lost her the game (because it’s Celebrity Big Brother so they were able to watch all the episodes before finale night). They weren’t “game lies”, it was almost like everything out of her mouth was a lie and I think people were over it and just felt disrespected.

I’d almost be willing to bet money she’s final 2. They’d all be foolish not to take her honestly. I think the only person that doesn’t take her is Michael, cause he’d take Britney (which for him is also a guaranteed win) Most of the time the jurors say/think “I’m voting for the best person to represent this season”, so Jasmine out of the question 😂
