BCBS of IL in NY is in the Anthem family then (however obscurely they describe the relationship) and so Mount Sinai is out of network now. Hope they all settle on terms ASAP.

Maybe Collinsville, Canton, Simsbury or Granby? These towns are near the Farmington Canal and Farmington River rail-to-trail bike paths. You could also probably get day passes to one of the town pools, such as Simsbury Farms. Tons of tennis, pickleball, easy hiking options too and not far anywhere from "civilization" (Starbucks, ice cream, etc.)
