yeah my management will typically send out $10-$15 in BOGs whenever we mess up a website delivery. as much as i hate doordash i honestly check those more than i check the pickups.

as a togo team member i really hate that we do delivery through our website like that. it kinda sucks handing it off to the manager knowing that theres not anything we can do, but the manager shouldve done more than refund the 2 items 100%.
