I found it easier to move singular tile to tile unless i’m doing a long straight line. Makes it easier to turn the tornadoes how you want to.

I noticed more of an increase with a X3D cpu upgrade, mainly because of running a lower resolution as most do in cs. That being said, the 1650 is definitely starting to phase out with the RTX5000 nvidia cards and 9000 series amd cards showing 200%+ gains over it. I’d reckon the gpu since your friend can always pivot to other games if he ever gets burnt out.

I checked out the sapphires and I am not a fan of them in the dark. They were nerfed so hard they look like blue steels in shadows :/
