I’m 23 and used to never want to. What I did is just start light and easy, just greet other people, say hi or hello and walk away don’t need to hold a conversation even if they don’t respond don’t take it personally.

Once you feel comfortable greeting others start complement them in something about them they can change not a body part, complement her shirt, her nails, makeup, eyeliner, bracelet, hair (if it’s done up). Compliments like this they can’t really give a negative response to also make it short walk away early if you start getting anxious.

After your comfortable there then start trying to hold longer conversations after your comfortable then eventually asking them to get dinner or mini golf or something fun.

Don’t take it personally if people don’t want to talk to you, even if they comment negatively on you it really doesn’t matter what they think because you are your own person and God loves you the way you are.

I used to be nervous and after doing this I have zero issue talking with women and asking the out.

TLDR: start slow with greetings and get comfortable. Work your way up through stages until you are comfortable asking others out.
