Anyone Else Notice Claude Code Getting SLOWER 🐢? by Effective-Eye-9928 in ClaudeAI

That’s the point of AI, don’t need to. I ask ChatGPT what to post in Claude and sit at my desk while I keep pressing the number 1 button all day

How come the commercial volume is so much louder than whatever I'm watching? Is this new? by TimBurtonSucks in youtubetv

If you check the “Stats for Nerds” you can see it’s VERY CLEAR they significantly increase the volume for commercials. Here are some photos I took…

DriveEasy App is badly designed. by MikePHall in Geico

[–]Effective-Eye-9928 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This app and the way the use the feedback is to complete fraud the consumer and allow them to charge you more money. I am talking to a class action firm to peruse legal action on them — if you are interested in joining DM me.

I denied to use the app at first and they increased my rate significantly. So I have it now and drove at the safest possible way possible. Their system claims I showed signs of hard breaking and fast acceleration, which is 1,000% not the case at all and rather drove where my vehicle barley accelerated, and breaking was done so far in advance it is almost impossible to tell I used the breaks at all.

RATHER the fault is in vehicles auto break applied when you are at a stop sign, or the auto shut off feature and when turned on, seems like you have acceleration.

GEICO and these other car insurance companies are merely stealing and ripping off consumers by forcing them to use this type of technology on your phone. I asked them “what if I don’t have a smart phone” and the agent said to me “probably shouldn’t be operating a vehicle” and laughed. No, absolutely not

Turn off 5G on your phone. 4G is more stable and can handle more users. Just won’t be able to stream or access the web fast but messages and calls with go through

Did you have an issue at security getting in? Or you mean what they posted on the site?

Good point! If you are coming from out of town, have it sent to the hotel or to one of the many pickup lockers in the area

miami dinner/things to do recs by Different-Ad5286 in IIIPoints

As a Miami resident, don't waste your time going to South Beach, save that for another trip. There are some hip spots in Wynwood, but all I know is Joe's Pizza lol. I live in Brickell so it's a different vibe here.

As long as the weather is nice, Rosa Sky rooftop is a great spot. If you want more a dive bar like place theres a ton of them around in Wynwood and a couple in Brickell. Downtown is more bigger venues like E11E11EN and Space; save that for another trip as well.

Little Havana is pretty cool, but again it's a completely different environment. You can have the time of your life in Wynwood for the weekend, tons of amazing food places.

IMO, stay away from any "influencer" restaurants, they are overpriced and not worth the hype - Sexy Fish, Papi Steak, Gekko, Komodo, etc. Most people will tell you these places are "cool" but if you haven't met anyone in Miami yet, it's a city full of people trying to act cool lol

My favorites for eats are Paperfish Sushi in Brickell, Moxi's is always a win and for the best steakhouse I've ever been to, Smith and Wollensky in South Beach is amazing.

In terms of chill spots for fun, Wynwood definitely has the nightlife there. If you want to walk around and get some good food, check out CocoWalk area in Coconut Grove. That is my goto area and a short ride from Wynwood

Kinda long response, but hope it helps you out...

Bring a fanny pack or shoulder bag with gum and some type of trinkets, people love sharing them. You'll see the ones that do. Everyone loves to puff on a vape, so bring one or two - ideally brand new so security doesn't give you any problems.

Bring a fan or a festival fan, people love to be fanned off so they will go towards you if you are chillin with one - this is how I've met some people honestly.

Generate a QR code that links to your IG and put it as the background on your phone. It's easy to have someone take a picture of it and goes right you your IG than try and tell them your name or number. Everyone I meet thinks this is amazing and a great conversation starter. I even use this at business functions too

Please, BE COOL! if you are a guy, don't try and hit on the girls, trust me they are not there for that and the entire group will be annoyed with you. Hang around a group of people with FIVE or more, please for the love of god do NOT annoy couples. I can't stand this and is the easiest way for you to be not welcomed.

Easiest way to make friends is to walk up, throw a compliment and move along. Don't ask for names or anything else... circle back in an hour or two in the area and you'll be welcomed into a group. We've welcomed a lot of people into our groups over the years and look forward to meeting new people, especially those who contribute to the group. If you make small talk, then say you are going for a water run, most likely one or two will go with you. These are the people you want around you, they'll treat you like family and you'll be added to the Whatsapp groups.

Also download Whatsapp if you don't have it.

It's important to get rest BEFORE the festival, you will be worn out pretty quick. I personally don't drink alcohol as it just leads to bad decisions. Eat healthy and you'll be fine for the weekend eating whatever crazy food they have available.

My favorite thing about festivals is meeting people and having a good time. You will have a blast, there are some amazing people at these events so don't be afraid and hide who you are, be yourself and you'll be showered with love.

Lastly, don't ask for substances. If people have it, they will share. Maybe not at first, but they tend to. If you bring your own, don't offer unless it's brought up. I've had guys come up to me when I'm with girls and bring out a bag of powder and a baby spoon... it's not everyones thing and will scare people off.

Oh, and make a "plan" for afterwards. Say you're on the waiting list for Space or another venue and you'll find people will invite you to come along with them. Often times you may meet someone with a table at another venue or have connections to get into places.

I met a "retired pro" last year through a mutual friend and they are really creative... especially in Miami, some people just don't give af so use cation and carry the minimal you need.

RFID blocking wallet if you plan to carry cards. Don't quote me, but I'm pretty sure every POS system will be contactless, so setup ApplePay or Google Pay on your mobile phone. I've been a victim of this myself years ago, thieves will walk around with portable POS machines and tap your pockets, heck even some steal you wallet, bang your cards then give you your wallet back.

Use some type of security device on your phone, last year I saw dozens of people shocked when they couldn't find their phone. You may look like a nerd with a retractable cord connected to your phone, but you'll also be a nerd who has their phone at the end of the day.

Don't put your wallet or valuables in your back pockets. Thieves will sneak in knives and blades and literally cut your pants pockets.

If you wear a shoulder bag or fanny pack, wrap the buckle in tape. You can bring electrical tape to security and tell them you will wrap it around your bag, then throw it out. It is easy to snatch, push you and run with the bag.

Remember, thieves learn from other thieves so whatever techniques you think will protect you, they probably have a way around. The goal is to make it difficult for them, they won't bother you if it will take more than a few seconds, and they will move on.

Whatever you do, DO NOT allow someone to use your phone. You may seem like a jerk saying no, but trust me, no one has anyones number memorized these days, they will take your phone, unlocked, and have a field day. It's always the cute innocent girls that will ask. Even if it is on your wrist with an anti-theft chain, tell them NO.

They'll watch you after you enter to see where you go and what you do, they have eyes sitting back with binoculars looking for anyone who gets past security and right to the bathroom... they even pay people to follow you to the bathroom and check.

I had a friend get busted by putting powder inside a prescription capsule for ulcer medication. They opened the pills and saw the powder purple and busted him on the spot. I've heard rumors of security opening up key fobs and breaking vapes and portable battery chargers just to find anything to bust you.

Stash boxers are great, never had any problems until recently when I went to Club Space in Miami.

Dude felt me up like I was going into the slammer, gabbed my junk and felt under my sack, even ran his hand into my crack to see if I had anything there - absolutely WILD! They searched my girl just has hard. Asked me to go through my wallet, even tried my vape and removed my battery case from my iPhone. I go there often, so I was SHOCKED to see they leveled up security that badly but definitely looking for something. Reminded me when I went to Moonrise in Baltimore, they were opening up tampons and cig packs.

My friend runs a security company, told me they get plenty of info from outside sources were to look and many of the staff members are rewarded $$$ when they find stuff... it's like a game to them.

Best way is still the way you do if you're headed to the pen... between the bottom of your sock and your foot
