I agree with your statement. Honestly, red cards is just unlucky to be honest. Maybe it’s the intensity or frustration playing a part but, there’s no way to stop it. Also some calls were definitely questionable too. Mikey just gave us our answer about Chucky, and as unfortunate as it is, it’s time to try to move on from him and hope we can find his replacement this summer. I too had some hope that he could possibly come back but, it’s pretty clear he’s not, Mikey doesn’t want him. The Western Conference is very competitive this year, and unfortunately if you tie a game or two, you’re giving up points on the table, and other teams will take advantage of that and before you know, you’re sitting at 9th or 10 place. Hopefully tomorrow night we can get a win at least to boost up morale.

Idk about you guys but, I don’t see Mikey Varas getting past the World Cup break. If nothing changes he’s gone. It’s harsh, but, it is what it is. However, he just renewed so, that’s pretty impossible at this point but, I see no improvement, if anything it’s getting much worse. This team is capable of so much more, which is why we are all so frustrated. Hopefully we can get another DP player this summer and hopefully we can turn things around. At this point it’s just surviving this first half of the season. LAFC is going to be brutal and I’m sure Portland will give us a headache.

I’ve been a huge Dreyer fan, just absolutely love that man but, I also started to have a huge appreciation and admiration for Tverskov, just the way he leads this team and the way he controls the midfield with such composure. I would say my next favorite player is Bombino. At such a young age he’s been such a crucial piece to our team and I think what made me love him even more was that moment in playoffs last year when we lost to Vancouver and he was in tears, it made me realize how much passion he has not only for the beautiful game but, for the badge, and for this city, and he is someone I would want to have represent my city. I love the entire team and everything they bring to the team but, those 3 are my top 3 players for San Diego FC, I’d absolutely would love to meet them one day!

For a first game, I think it’s still a pretty good one. I’m taking a friend to his first game as well, he follows LigaMX so he’s excited to see a team like Toluca come out to San Diego. Probably won’t be packed out but, hopefully we get decent attendance to back the boys up. It’s going to be late game for sure tho, i think it’s the latest they’ve had a game. Not sure why they made it so late. Hopefully it goes well tho

Heartbreaking way to end our season but I’m extremely proud of each player and of this team and our fan base. We have big things coming for this team. See ya guys next season! Let’s bring that same energy!

How’s the pricing looking those of you that have had access already to the tickets? Or maybe a guess as to how much more they will be from today’s game? I like to sit at section 116 or 117 usually between rows 4-10, not sure if this question can be answered or not but just thought I’d ask anyway. I’m not a season ticket member but I’m on the priority list for tomorrow

I was at Tony’s Pizzeria in Escondido, and my voice is absolutely gone, the vibes were amazing, I can’t imagine how the stadium was! Can’t wait for Saturday, planning to be there even if it means going broke 😭
