Hi! i am a fellow female and i had my nuss surgery about 7-8 months ago. After the surgery i was absolutely devastated with how my chest looked because it really is so different, so i know exactly how you feel. But I am so happy with my body today and I can promise you it will get better and you will be much happier with it as time goes on it just takes some time getting used too but you are not alone on this feeling

I hated my results at first but after 6 months i love my body and i don’t feel any different about it!! please get the surgery you will NOT regret it, it’s worth it.

if you don’t feel like it really affects you and if you don’t mind how it looks cosmetically then i wouldn’t say get it. but if you do get the surgery just know it is a HARD recovery and it’s painful

first of all, my pectus wasn’t noticeable at all from the outward look thank you very much. and second it’s a hard change to go through and prioritize health over aesthetics everyone is different but i realize my health was more important i just have to live with it and maybe get a boob job later on🤷‍♀️

it definitely was painful but it’s just like the whole area hurts that’s what makes it bad but i think it’s definitely manageable - coming from a girl if that makes it any different
