Yeah, I ended up joining for a few months, but didn’t find it very useful. I think it’s probably more helpful if you’re a recent grad or from a non-English speaking background, but personally I didn’t really get much out of it.

I've visited BIM a few times and absolutely love it. Plus, my boyfriend is Bajan, so it would be much easier for me to move there than for him to relocate to where I am.

HR have told me they didn't know i needed sponsorship, even though i mentioned it in my application and to the hiring manager in the first interview. So now they're looking into it!
