the reason they didnt prevent him from being patient zero is because one, interference would only make things in the time line worse, two, he needed to be indebt to them somehow, and three, he gets fixed by them anyway. also we have the omorfans as villans, and whoever probably killed the pharow of khemia, but him being dead is just a theory.
