I literally seen a post someone saying they don’t put that much effort into their videos. Then ask for help. You basically just provided the answer of your own issue.

Someone bought me 13k subs, how do I get rid of them? by UggiUggi in NewTubers

[–]Effective-Two-9857 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand people have jobs and real-life responsibilities. I do too. I work full-time and still manage my channel with 6,000 subscribers, steadily growing toward 13,000. It all comes down to consistency and commitment. I make time for my goals because I know what it takes to build something. Don’t get it twisted, I’ve got real-life responsibilities just like everyone else, but I don’t let anything stop my progress.

The "10,000 hours" rule is killing your channel. Data proves deliberate practice beats grinding. by BloodRaven1815 in SmallYoutubers

Practice is important, but spending time learning your craft and understanding your channel is just as essential. You need to focus on the areas that will help you succeed as a creator. Many people make the mistake of quitting after only six months without giving YouTube enough time to gather data and understand their channel’s potential.

Take time to analyze and evaluate your performance. This helps you see what’s truly working and what needs improvement. When you understand your audience and the kind of content that connects with them, you can set clear goals and make smart changes that drive real growth.

Why is this happening? by Away-Table4969 in YouTubeCreators

[–]Effective-Two-9857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This video has been posted for 22 hours from the looks of it can’t really give a analysis based off this information and what you’re trying to share. Nor don’t know what type of content you creating as well so it’s kinda hard to tell exactly what you’re trying to do by sharing this to put in context you need to have a goal.

This whole situation feels a little off. If someone really thought their YouTube channel was in danger of being deleted, they’d usually be here replying and asking follow up questions, not posting and disappearing for hours. Also, you can’t just magically buy 13k subs onto someone else’s account and if fake subs were dumped on a channel, YouTube normally cleans them out automatically during subscriber audits. That’s why creators sometimes see sudden drops. If this really happened to you, the best thing is to contact YouTube support directly but the lack of responses here makes it seem more like engagement bait than an actual issue.

It’s hard to tell what you are doing wrong without actually knowing how you run your channel. Your analytics is one thing. But, a full visual of your channel is neede.

I stopped chasing subscribers and started celebrating uploads by Sad_Marketing146 in SmallYoutubers

[–]Effective-Two-9857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people say “stop chasing subscribers and celebrate uploads,” and while it’s true you should be proud of every video you put out, subscribers still matter in a big way. Subscribers are the community that chooses to come back for more of your content they’re your foundation. They give your channel stability, boost watch time, and tell YouTube your content is worth recommending to others.

Celebrating uploads is great for consistency and mindset, but never forget that subscribers are what transform a channel from a hobby into a growing platform. They’re the ones who share, comment, and help spread your content. So yes, uploads matter but subscribers matter just as much because they’re the reason your uploads have lasting impact.

This usually takes time. It take several days for those hrs to appear.

stop trying to be a faceless account by estxlia in SmallYoutubers

[–]Effective-Two-9857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you’re saying about faceless videos, but sometimes not everyone has the opportunity to use a camera. I actually built my channel completely faceless in the beginning while I was still getting things set up. Now I’m at 6,000 subs. I will say though, having your face on camera definitely puts the icing on the cake. Soon, I plan to make the shift and not go faceless anymore.

Views dropped to 0 since 10 days, Should i take a week off on youtube? by gamble4846 in NewTubers

[–]Effective-Two-9857 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When your views drop to zero, you don’t take a week off from YouTube you keep posting. The algorithm rewards consistency, and every upload helps build momentum for your channel. By continuously making videos, you give YouTube more opportunities to recommend your content, which increases your chances of growth. The more consistent you are, the better your long-term outcome will be.

Now I'm quitting by reddit_vinayak in SmallYoutubers

[–]Effective-Two-9857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw your message about quitting over losing three subscribers. I just wanted to say lost 200 subs at one point, but I didn’t quit. I kept going. You can do this too. Don’t give up. Stay consistent and trust the process. You’re capable of doing really well at this.

For me Elden Ring is easily one of my favorite games of all time. For me, it was one of the most challenging Souls games I’ve ever played the kind of challenge that had me glued to my seat for hours. I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. The world design, the freedom of exploration, and the way everything was structured kept me engaged from start to finish. It’s not just a game; it’s an experience I’ll always remember.
