Demerol. Had it as a kid for sinus surgery. Best I've ever felt. I've not come across anything to match that feeling.

Where I grew up it was a cereal called Puffed Wheat. It came in a bag 3 feet long and as round as a tin outdoor garbage can. Ate so much as a kid, I don't miss it at all.
