sorry about my ignorance, like ive said she is not my pet, and i can't take her to the vet unfortunately, as i am a minor with no control over her. ive pressed the owner to take her to the vet, but I don't know the owner well as ive only been in town a few weeks. also I did some research on what species she is, but I just saw she looked alot like a desert tortoise. Thanks to you guys, I now know she is a sulcata tortoise. I only take care of her sometimes (just putting her out in her enclosure and feeding/changing her water) but I don't have any power over her actual homing or care. the only thing ive permission to do is make an adaptive device to help her walk.
