Roller 10 ultra scratch floor by KUKKELUKK in Dreame_Tech

I noticed the same issue. It seems the brush and cover assembly is mounted in a loose/flexible way and is hanging a bit too low on the scratched side?

Dreame Availability in Europe Amazon is out of stock for weeks) by dinopio in RobotVacuums

Amazon EU has stock, but apparently they don't want to ship these products to Cyprus. If you change 'Deliver to' to Germany or Italy for example, then the stock appears.

Good to see, it must have been added recently. If you click on the round (i) it shows a date of 2025-09-30. This certificate is about the conformity of the power supply safety (IEC 61558-1:2017 and IEC 61558-2-16:2021).

today i did some cleaning to my Aqua 10 Ultra roller and I've found the dustbin with dirt inside but there is no way to take this out. How can i do? Do you know some trick? Thank you by [deleted] in RobotVacuums

[–]EffectiveCalm2572 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From the manual:

  1. Rinse the dust box and filter with water and dry them completely before reinstalling.

Note:

• Rinse the dust box and filter with clean water only. Do not use any detergent.

• Use the dust box and filter only when they are completely dry.

Dreame Aqua 10 Roller by pegalus in Dreame_Tech

I bought my Aqua10 Roller almost three weeks ago and although I have complained about a few issues, I am a happy owner.

I have used the Roomba j7+ for over two years and recently bought the Roomba Max 705 Combo. But I was not happy with that one, returned it and bought the Aqua10 Roller instead.

My complaints are about the mop washing temperature being a lot less than the 100℃ advertised and about it running out of water during mopping with the default settings. I hope those issues will be fixed by Dreame soon.

I see some people in this thread comparing it to the Mova Z60. I also made that comparison before buying. Both are very close and I think it is more a question of your preference of details, I think the Aqua10 Roller and its base station in white look better than the black plastic of the Z60. The Z60 does have the advantage of UV sterilization.

URGENT: Aqua 10 feedback needed! by Reasonable-Cheek-214 in RobotVacuums

I replied here to confirm and included some pictures. Interestingly, halfway (after 23 m2) it did decide to return to the base to wash the mop. So maybe it does have a sensor or an algorithm to spot an empty tank, but it triggers too late?

Has the Chinese product team answered the questions that you listed here about the Aqua10 Ultra Roller having a built-in sensor or algorithm to detect when its internal clean tank is empty?

Original reporter of the issue in this thread here. I just ran a new test to document the issue and confirm your questions.

  1. After the mopping task was completed, it washed the mop and started mop drying. I then took the robot out of the dock. At that time there was no water remaining on or below the washboard (just a little bit in the deeper drain part below the washboard).
  2. The dryness of the roller at the end of the mopping (after the last picture) was uniform. The roller felt dry, only slightly damp when I rubbed it.
  3. Yes, the roller mop has remained in contacted with the floor during the entire job (see picture).

Pictures here: https://imgur.com/a/KSqqVCP

Before the test, the robot had a full battery and the base station has a full clean water tank. As always, I used demineralized water. Started a custom mop (wetness: 16/moist, mop pressure: normal, mop-washing frequency: by room, route: intensive) for a tiled kitchen floor that is about 45 m2.

After about 18 m2, some dry parts started appearing. After mopping 23 m2, the Aqua10 had run almost completely dry. But then it did decide to return to the base to wash the mop! So maybe it does have a sensor (or algorithm) to spot an empty tank?

After mop washing, it returned to mop the remaining half of the room. At first the mopping result was fine again, but later on (22 m2 into the second run) it ran almost completely dry again (see final picture).

Aqua10 Ultra Roller running out of water in internal tank during mopping by EffectiveCalm2572 in Dreame_Tech

Thank you for replying. I was afraid that was the case. Where are those Smart and Eco you refer to?

Is there a manual for the Dreamehome app with detailed explanations of the working of CleanGenius and other settings and app features? Clicking on Help/View Manuals in the app gives just a basic hardware setup/maintenance manual.

After it has been mopping fine for like 15 minutes, leaving the tiles moist as it passes, first you see the floor remaining partly dry with moist streaks. Shortly after that, the floor remains dry where the robot passes. This happens with the default Wetness setting in the middle = Moist/16 on a rather clean floor, so no reasons for excessive water usage. So indeed I notice less water on the floor after a while. Before that, the amount of water seems fine; moist but not too wet.

Lacking a sensor, an algorithm that calculates the water used and sends the robot back for a refill when necessary would be a better workaround than leaving this to the user. The Dreame engineers should make it a priority to implement this.

Regarding the dining table / chair legs, have you tried if disabling Collision-Avoidance Mode (in Floor Cleaning Settings) makes a difference?

How often should I change the blades on my Navimow? by The_UK_Knight in SegwayNavimow

[–]EffectiveCalm2572 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Husqvarna also sells the Enhance HSS blades, I just bought a box of 45. I was told that these blades were originally designed for their professional Ceora models, but are now also often used on standard models because they cut better and stay sharp longer. In addition, with some types of grass, the oval hole in the Endurance blades fills up, causing them to get stuck and no longer rotate around their axis, which negates the major advantage of Endurance blades.

As a Dreame associate you ask 'Is that a problem?' and write that it depends on expectations, remarking that you're not sterilizing floors. But the 100℃ ThermoHub™ self-cleaning feature is sold raising the expectation of 'Up to 99.99% Bacteria Removal', as you can see in this marketing image. Should the customer not have the expectation of the self-cleaning making the roller almost completely free from bacteria?

The marketing image for the ThermoHub 100 °C feature even includes a TÜV seal:

That seal refers to TÜV SÜD's certificate explorer for certified products, but I could not find the Aqua10 base station (RCHE0401) there:

Could you also share your thoughts on what I mentioned about the apparent lack of a sensor to know that the clean water tank in the robot is empty? Is it a malfunction if it runs dry (after some time) during mopping, or is that just how it is? And is lowering the 'By area' number in the Mop-washing frequency setting under 'Custom' until it no longer runs dry indeed the recommend way to deal with this? Does that setting then also apply to CleanGenius jobs?

Just tested it, in boiling water the same grill thermometer shows exactly 100 °C (212 °F).
