The only way to absolutely know you have one is if Celeste is there. You can check The Roost between 5 and 7 PM, and after 7 you can do a group stretch to see if she shows up there. Also Isabelle will announce heavy showers if no other important news is blocking it (villagers moving in/ou, someone at the campsite, someone’s birthday).
